Dear friends and acquaintances,
We wanted to extend an invitation to join our Ends Meat CSA for our second round. The club focuses on a whole animal program utilizing responsibly raised Berkshire pigs from Roaming Acres Farm in NJ. Packages include dry cured products for slicing cooking and spreading as well as fresh terrines, fresh sausages and smoked goodies. The club can support twenty members, so respond asap with inquiries as the slots will fill quick.
The club is a 3 month membership consisting of a package every 2 weeks.
The six different packages will include one item from each of the 5 categories listed below.
- Cured sausage for slicing; Finocchiona, Sopressatta, Sausicon Sec, Chorizo Secco and Cinnamon Caciatorini.
- Cured meat for cooking; Pancetta,
- Cured meats for spreading; Nduja, Whipped lardo
- Cooked Charcuterie; Cotechino, Mortadella, Bacon, Rillette, smoked shanks, terrines
- Pork Broth; Great for soups, pastas and in the preparation of grains and legumes.
Full payment collected upon initial commitment.
Collection will be Saturdays at Brouwerij Lane in Greenpoint between 2:00 - 4:00 pm.
